Student answer (Band 6.0)

It is often advised to organise and mantian cleaniness at personal and professioanal area. I agree with this viewpoint because it can help to incrase productivity and reduce extra stress form one's life.

First and foremost, organisation of house and workplace can help to efforts to find things when they are needed. This is because, if people try to keep thing at their suitable place, it can lead to least headace when they need to find; however, cluttered area can increase the efforts to find same thing. Moreover, organising things can help to save a lot of time which is most precious. For instance, a number of people connsiders organigation as a professional skill which can save amount of time than unorganised people because they keep things with in hand reach. Therefore, they become more productive.

Another viewpiont is about tidiness. People tend to feel more attractive who prefer cleanliness over any other option. They are less likely to get sick because they care about hygine at their home and workstation. As a result, they often become more productive workers. On the other hand people who are working in poor hygine condition they often struggle with low immune system and often face critical health problems which is likley to impact their over all performance. there is clear example seen in food factory, if they are focusing on hygine, it would not impact workers health but also can effect customer's health. So, people ought to choose organistion and tidiness over any other option.

In conclusion, It is true that people need to keep their home and workplace clean and organised for less stressful and more productive life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses the task directly by presenting a clear position agreeing with the importance of keeping homes and workplaces tidy and organized. Main ideas are introduced, such as increased productivity and reduced stress, and supported with reasons and examples, like the reference to food factories and time-saving benefits. However, some ideas are slightly repetitive and under-developed, particularly in the expansion of workplace hygiene and its broader impacts. The conclusion briefly reiterates the stance. Overall, the response meets the requirements for a Band 6.0 as it addresses all parts of the task with relevant ideas, though some areas lack full extension and depth.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct ideas, such as time management versus health benefits. Cohesive devices are employed to connect points, including phrases like 'First and foremost', 'Moreover', 'As a result', and 'In conclusion'. However, referencing and cohesion are sometimes faulty or mechanical, and certain sentences feel disjointed due to awkward phrasing, such as 'Another viewpiont is about tidiness.' Despite these minor mechanical lapses, the logical progression is generally maintained, aligning well with the Band 6.0 descriptors.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The student attempts a range of vocabulary appropriate for the topic, including terms like 'productivity', 'professional skill', 'hygiene', and 'immune system'. However, there are frequent spelling errors ('mantian', 'cleaniness', 'professioanal', 'incrase', 'headace', 'connsiders', 'organigation', 'hygine', 'over all', 'organistion') and some awkward word choices and collocations, such as 'feel more attractive who prefer cleanliness'. These errors reflect an adequate range for the task with noticeable spelling inaccuracies, which places the response firmly at Band 5.5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The writing demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as conditional and causal clauses like 'if people try to keep thing at their suitable place, it can lead to least headace'. However, there is a persistent pattern of grammatical errors, including missing articles, subject-verb agreement issues ('people who are working in poor hygine condition they often struggle'), and awkward phrasing ('if they are focusing on hygine, it would not impact workers health but also can effect customer's health'). These errors do not completely impede communication, but they occur frequently enough to prevent the score from reaching a Band 6.0.
