Student answer (Band 5.5)
Many civilsed people have a mind set of clean office as well as living apartment properly managed and in organised manner. In my opinion it is mandatory to keep your working desk and area clean and organised.
On the one hand, we are a citizen of developed country, the people have a good behavarioul attitude as they are being studied how to handled their personal stuffs either office of home, as these habbits are being inherit since child hood. The kids are being taught through syllabous in school as well at home itself, Morever the people are being given social knowledge of keeping their surroundings well organised and keep the house and locality clean. For example to make people humble society use three magic words (sorry, Your welcome and thankyou). The corporate culture create a healthly environment by eastablishing a beautifule working desk, a suitable cabins, colourful chairs and some magical and musical instruments to inspire the people to keep it tidy for their working, by doing some small tips workers get more attentive and attractive towards thier work, however they do keep cleanliness on their daily schedule.
On the other hand, we find some companies who do not keep their surroundings beautiful and manageable, which let the employee unhappy and unable to contribute his 100% of his strength, however by looking his surrounding unmanaged and pathetic feels unsafe about unhygienic. For example, we see some government deparmets internal and outside premises looks pathetic.
In my opinion it is the people mindset and habbit of cleanliness either of home or work premises. The clean and proper organised place create a healthy and competitive environment for both employee, employer or home workers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the task by stating a clear position that keeping home and work environments clean is mandatory. However, the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed throughout the essay. While the writer attempts to explain why tidiness matters, the reasoning often drifts into tangential points, such as discussing social manners like 'three magic words' (sorry, you're welcome, and thank you) and musical instruments in offices, which lacks direct connection to the prompt. Examples are provided, such as government departments looking pathetic, but they are generalized rather than fully extended. To reach a higher standard, the writer needs to ensure all ideas directly support the main thesis and are thoroughly elaborated with relevant, focused explanations.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation evident in the text, with clear paragraph breaks separating the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. However, the response lacks a clear overall progression, and cohesive devices are often inadequate or repetitive. Transitional phrases such as 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand' are used, but they do not always accurately balance contrasting points. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in sentences with ambiguous pronouns like 'which let the employee unhappy'. Paragraph internal cohesion suffers from run-on sentences and a lack of smooth logical transitions between ideas. To improve, the writer should use cohesive devices more accurately and ensure each sentence builds logically upon the previous one to establish a clearer flow of thought.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader and impede communication. Examples include 'civilsed' instead of civilized, 'behavarioul' instead of behavioral, 'syllabous' instead of syllabus, 'Morever' instead of Moreover, and 'deparmets' instead of departments. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'competitive environment' and 'corporate culture', but these attempts are marred by inaccurate collocations or spelling mistakes. To achieve a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical repertoire and eliminate basic spelling and word-choice errors by carefully proofreading their work.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The text displays a limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences or attempted complex structures that are frequently faulty. There are frequent grammatical errors involving verb forms, subject-verb agreement, articles, and prepositions. Examples of errors include 'the people have a good behavarioul attitude as they are being studied how to handled' and 'habbits are being inherit since child hood'. Punctuation is also weak, leading to run-on sentences that combine multiple independent clauses without proper coordination. These frequent errors cause difficulty for the reader. To improve, the writer needs to practice forming accurate complex sentences and pay closer attention to basic grammar rules such as tense consistency, passive voice formation, and article usage.
