Student answer (Band 5.5)
A person feel more confident and productive when he/she work in a tidy, fresh and clean surrounding. A clean place directly related to a healthier working. In my opinion, it is cery important to keep your home and your workplace tidy. with everything well organised and in the correct place.
I stronly support this idea, as I myself is a working professional. I honestly understand the significance of a well organized place. In my own experience, last year I moved to a new city, because I was new to the town and I moved on a urgent basis. I rented a small shared place. It was a student residential hostel. Now majority of the time the place was messed, dirty kitchen, common area everything. Doesn't matter how hard I have tried, I just could not simply focus on my work and I don't even feeling like staying at the place. One day I finally decide to leave that place and rented a new accomodation =.
Since I have moved to this place, I can feel all the changes. before I used to work from office most of the days, as y home place was not organized but now I prefer working from home as I feel more at staying home because everything is just feel so good.
Similarly, if I take about the workplace, the Psycology is same. Better the workplace is better your performance. And it is not always about the people or colleagues you work with but is also about how you keep your desk and your work station and cabinat. So when I was new graduated from college and in my first job, I used to be lazy, used to keep stuff simply I that. I never bothered to keep everything organized. Now that habit of mine, really troubled me in long term as I struggled with finding stuff when I required something on urgent basis.
Furthermore, keeping everything organized is really a good habit, this is something everyone must follow. This is one of the basis etiquettes of daily living. Moreover, it also encourages other people to follow the same.
In conclusion, It is really important to keep your home and workplace clean and well organized.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the opening and conclusion: you strongly support keeping homes and workplaces organised. You address both settings and give relevant personal examples, especially the shared hostel where mess made it difficult to focus, and your first job, where disorganisation made items hard to find. These examples make the response more convincing and show the beginnings of well-supported development. However, the home example is explained more fully than the workplace example, and some claims—such as “Better the workplace is better your performance”—are asserted rather than explained. To strengthen the response further, develop the workplace example with a specific consequence and explain more precisely how order improves performance. The response meets the task’s length requirement; 11 words copied from the prompt were not counted.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an opinion-led introduction, separate discussion of home and workplace, and a concluding restatement. The sequence from your experience in shared accommodation to your workplace habits is generally logical, and connectors such as “Similarly,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help signal movement between points. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Since I have moved to this place” does not clearly identify the contrast with the previous accommodation, while “Similarly, if I take about the workplace” is an awkward transition. Several ideas are also crowded into long sentences, and the paragraph about workplace organisation shifts from performance to etiquette without a clear bridge. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to your main claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “productive,” “significance,” “organized,” “work station,” and “performance,” and you attempt some less common terms. However, the range is limited by repetition of “place,” “organized,” and “keep,” while several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to interpret. Examples include “a healthier working,” “I don't even feeling like staying,” and “I feel more at staying home.” Spelling errors such as “cery,” “stronly,” “accomodation,” and “Psycology” also reduce accuracy. Aim to learn vocabulary in natural phrases and check spelling carefully. For instance, use “a healthier working environment,” “did not feel like staying,” and “felt more comfortable at home” to express these ideas clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “as,” “because,” and “when,” so there is some variety. However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries sometimes make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “A person feel,” “I myself is,” “I don't even feeling,” and “I finally decide”; these need forms such as “A person feels,” “I myself am,” “I didn’t even feel,” and “I finally decided.” The opening also contains a sentence fragment after “tidy,” and “Since I have moved to this place” shifts tense awkwardly in context. Practise checking each sentence for a clear subject and finite verb, and use past and present tenses consistently when describing past experiences and current effects.
