Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You give a clear general opinion that homes and public places should be clean, and you include examples such as arranging clothes and objects at home and visiting your uncle’s house. You also mention possible benefits, including health and attracting visitors. However, the response only partly addresses the specific focus on keeping a home and workplace tidy, with everything organised and in its correct place. Much of the discussion shifts to cleaning villages, markets, and the country, and the workplace is not really discussed. Several points, such as the link between cleanliness and health, are asserted rather than explained. Develop your opinion around both home and work, and support each main reason with a clearer explanation or example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

There is a basic attempt to move from a general opinion to examples and then a concluding idea. The account of your uncle’s party is a relevant example, and phrases such as “in other words” signal a relationship between ideas. However, the response is presented as one continuous sequence rather than organised paragraphs, and the progression is difficult to follow as it moves between the home, village, markets, and country. Repeated use of “and” and “we can” does not clearly show how points relate, while references such as “this is the fact” are vague. Group related ideas into paragraphs and use clear topic sentences and linking phrases to show cause, contrast, or example.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use a basic range of topic-related vocabulary, including “clean,” “environment,” “health,” “arrange,” and “right places,” so the main subject can generally be recognised. There are also attempts to express broader ideas, such as the effect of a dirty environment on visitors. However, vocabulary is repetitive, especially “clean” and “environment,” and frequent spelling errors—such as “kichin,” “villige,” and “enviroment”—make parts of the response harder to understand. Some expressions are not natural or precise, including “cleanes is one of the best thing” and “took the object on there place.” Build a wider set of accurate words for tidiness and organisation, and check spelling and common word combinations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0

Most sentences rely on simple patterns, often beginning with “we can,” and there is little evidence of controlled complex sentence construction. Frequent errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence structure sometimes obscure the intended meaning. For example, “we can must cleans our home” combines incompatible verb forms, while “he arrange the party” does not maintain correct subject–verb agreement. In “we can took the object,” the verb form after “can” is incorrect. Punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent, making the long sequence of ideas difficult to read. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add controlled clauses using “because,” “when,” or “which.”
