Student answer (Band 6.0)
Organizing a place is an art, which transform the places, particularly houses and office buildings, into more lively and attractive for individuals. A considerable proportion of people, myself included, firmly believe that properly arranged homes and professional settings is essential, because it significantly improve positivity in living places and increase productivity at professional settings.
On the one hand, if residents clean and miantain their places regularly, they may feel less stressed, because well-organized places always have a positive impact on human minds. This clean environment not only keeps them mentally relaxed but also improve family bondings. For example, it significantly reduced unnecessery arguments in family members regarding missing things; particularly lost car keys, and Cell phones, due to well organized home. Thus, it is clear that this practice is very beneficial to reduce stress levels at home.
From professional perspective, productivity may improve if the offices are dust free and not disorganized. This working atmosphere is crucial for every work place. Offices should perform cleaning tasks and managing the office files on timely basis, which timewaste come with positive attitude for work
To conclude, I maintain that family bonding would be improved if they maintain their living places time-to-time, and employers notices significal improvement in their staff performence.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you agree that keeping homes and workplaces organised is important, and you give relevant reasons about reduced stress, stronger family relationships and workplace productivity. The example of arguments over misplaced keys and phones helps make the home point concrete. However, the workplace idea is much less fully explained: the sentence about cleaning and managing files ends unclearly, so the reader cannot see exactly how these actions improve productivity. The conclusion repeats your view but does not add support. The response also does not meet the required minimum length, which limits how fully you can develop both sides of your reasoning. Extend the workplace example and explain the link between an orderly environment and better work outcomes.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for home and workplace benefits, and a conclusion. The progression from personal wellbeing to professional productivity is logical, and phrases such as “On the one hand” and “To conclude” help signal stages in the argument. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical, and the workplace paragraph breaks down at “which timewaste come with positive attitude for work,” making the relationship between ideas difficult to follow. Some references are also unclear, such as “they” in the conclusion, which could refer to families or employers. Use clearer links between cause and effect, and ensure each paragraph develops one complete line of reasoning before moving on.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of topic-related vocabulary, including “well-organized,” “productivity,” “mentally relaxed” and “professional settings.” These choices show an attempt to express ideas beyond very basic language. However, several spelling, word-form and collocation problems reduce precision, including “miantain,” “unnecessery,” “family bondings,” “timewaste” and “staff performence.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “transform the places … into more lively” and “cleaning tasks … on timely basis.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding ambitious wording where the meaning is uncertain. Proofreading spelling and choosing standard collocations would make your ideas easier to understand and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if residents clean and maintain their places regularly” and a relative clause in the opening sentence. Most of the main ideas remain understandable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity. For example, “which transform” needs subject–verb agreement, while “homes and professional settings is essential” and “it significantly improve” also have agreement problems. The workplace sentence beginning “Offices should perform cleaning tasks” is incomplete or incorrectly connected to the following clause, and the final paragraph has unclear sentence structure. Practise checking agreement and making sure each sentence has a complete, logically connected clause; this will help you use complex structures more reliably.
