Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

Your position is clear from the introduction: “I totally agree,” and the conclusion consistently supports keeping homes and workplaces organised. You address the question with relevant reasons, especially saving time, creating a more positive atmosphere, and reducing the chance of losing items. The workplace example about a radio job advertisement also helps connect organisation to employment. These points meet the task well, but they are not all developed equally: the claim that an organised place creates “positive energy” is asserted rather than explained, and the job example needs clearer detail about how organisation improves performance. To strengthen the response further, explain each reason with a specific consequence or personal example and make the links between the example and your opinion more explicit.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The ideas generally progress from practical benefits at home to the value of organisation in the workplace, and signposts such as “To commence with,” “Furthermore,” and “To conclude” help show the stages of the argument. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical because several transitions are used as formulaic paragraph or sentence starters. Some links are also unclear, particularly “the user is always the right location the stuff,” which makes the point about losing items difficult to follow. The long sentence about the job opening contains several ideas without clear separation. Use fewer, more natural linking phrases, and organise each paragraph around one main point supported by a clearly connected explanation or example.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “organised,” “assigned place,” “saving time,” and “perform the task more accurately.” There are also attempts to use less common expressions, such as “a wide range of benefits” and “positive energy.” However, the range is limited by repeated use of “organised” and “stuff,” and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, including “organised stuff is always playing in vital role,” “positive enegery,” and “the feeling of dissatifation.” Spelling errors such as “belive,” “manged,” and “caompared” are noticeable and sometimes slow the reader. Build a more precise topic vocabulary and check spelling carefully; for example, distinguish between “belongings,” “equipment,” and “materials” rather than relying on “stuff.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional structure in “if things are always kept back at assigned place after using it then it save the time.” This shows an effort to explain cause and effect, but control is inconsistent: the sentence has problems with articles, agreement, and clause construction. Other examples include “I totally agree with statement,” “organised place always give,” and “the chances of losing a stuff is always less.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable, with missing spaces after full stops and commas, and some long sentences that are difficult to parse. Aim for accurate basic patterns first, then add complex clauses. Check articles, subject–verb agreement, and singular/plural forms, and divide long explanations into shorter sentences.
