Student answer (Band 5.5)
In modern world where every second of time matters, most of folks think it is necessary to keep your household and jobplace neat and clean as well as orderly. I also think because it help one's to save and use that time in most efficicent ways.
Firstly, as I mentioned above, clean atomsphere around you boost your confidence and helps you to work regularly for long time. For instance, In Army, clerk soldiers spent 10-12 hours a day at work and they have to do in efficicent ways as they held some life saving events in their hands. So if they donot keep their tables clean and structed they surely miss something resulting in some serious tragdy later. Same we can see in every sector hospitals, Co-operative and Banks all they can made huge effects to society so if they donot keep thing right it will be diseater later.
Furthermore, same as for homes. Well-organised home will make your home more lively and to look good. For example, we all have our vital documents at our home, If things are not organized and you need anything urgent how can you suppose to find that essential docus within time frame.
In conclusion, I strongly agree with the people who think we ought to harbour our home and job site spick and span with each and every item on its reserved place.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that homes and workplaces should be organised, and you give relevant reasons about saving time, confidence and avoiding serious mistakes. The workplace example involving army clerks and the example of finding important documents at home both relate to the question. However, the ideas are only partly developed: the army example is difficult to follow, and the references to hospitals, cooperatives and banks are asserted rather than explained. The response also contains 230 words, so it does not meet the required minimum of 250. Develop one or two examples more fully and explain precisely how organisation produces the benefits you identify.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. “Firstly” and “Furthermore” help signal the shift from workplace to home, and the final paragraph restates your opinion. However, progression within the body paragraphs is sometimes unclear. The sentence beginning “Same we can see in every sector” moves abruptly from the army example to several industries, while “Same as for homes” is an awkward transition. Some links, such as “as I mentioned above,” repeat rather than advance the argument. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports; this would make the overall organisation easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “well-organised,” “vital documents,” “confidence” and “spick and span.” These choices show an effort to express ideas beyond very basic language. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to understand, such as “clean atomsphere,” “held some life saving events in their hands,” and “harbour our home.” Spelling errors, including “efficicent,” “structed” and “tragdy,” are also noticeable. Aim for accurate, natural phrases rather than unusual expressions, and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary for explaining practical benefits would help you communicate your argument more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if things are not organized and you need anything urgent,” and you attempt to connect reasons and examples. However, the range remains limited, and errors occur frequently in basic sentence construction, agreement and verb forms. For example, “it help one's to save” should be “it helps people save,” while “clean atmosphere … boost your confidence and helps” has inconsistent subject–verb agreement. The sentence about soldiers also shifts between past and present forms (“spent” and “they have to”). Several sentences run together or lack clear punctuation. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using controlled subordinate clauses.
