Student answer (Band 5.5)

Some people think that individual should keep their things tidy and organised not only at workplace, but also at home because it looks perfect. In my opinion, I highly agree with this statement. i will explain my point of views in upcoming paragraphs.

First and foremost is that easy to find things. whnever individual keep their at correct place it helps them to save time because they are not finding them at different place. They already know where they keep them. For instance, they study conducted in Uk says almost 80% people agree on statement that they find things easily when they keep them organised.

Moreover, It boost their concentation power. It does not only help them to feel relaxed but also make happy because they keep mire focus on work which increase their productivity. For example, if everthing at correct place people can find records in few seconds which gives relief. Rather than, wasting their time on finding things, they can utilize their time to do more work for making more profit for a company. It can boost their net profit.

On the other hand, Few people things its not important to keep things tidy and organised because it is not over resposibility. The role of make the office or home tidy is house worker so people should focus only on work not on keep things tidy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

Your position is clear from the introduction: you strongly agree that homes and workplaces should be organised. You give relevant reasons, including saving time when looking for items and improving concentration and productivity, and you acknowledge an opposing view about whose responsibility tidiness is. These points address the task, but they are not equally developed. The claim that organisation improves concentration is explained with a workplace example, while the opposing view is stated briefly and not answered directly. The statistic about people in the UK is also presented without a clear source or explanation. To strengthen the response, develop each reason with a specific, credible example and explain why the counterargument does not change your opinion.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two supporting paragraphs, a paragraph presenting a contrasting view, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First and foremost,” “Moreover,” and “On the other hand” help signal the stages of your argument. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “Rather than, wasting their time” does not connect smoothly to the preceding sentence, and the final paragraph does not clearly return to the opposing point. Some references, such as “them” in the first body paragraph, could be more precise. Use transitions that show the exact relationship between ideas, and make each paragraph’s central point and its connection to your overall opinion explicit.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate your main ideas, including “organised,” “productivity,” “records,” and “net profit.” There are also attempts to express more specific concepts, such as “concentration power.” However, word choice, spelling, and collocation errors are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “concentation,” “mire focus,” “over resposibility,” and “stay focusd” are examples. Some phrases are also unnatural, including “it looks perfect” and “make more profit for a company” in this context. Build a more accurate range of expressions for organisation and efficiency, and check spelling and common word partnerships. More precise vocabulary would make your reasons clearer and more convincing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the “not only … but also” construction and sentences explaining cause and effect. The main ideas are generally understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “individual should keep” needs an article or plural subject, “It boost” has incorrect subject–verb agreement, and “when they keep them at different place” has problems with number and sentence construction. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, as in the lowercase “i” and the fragment-like opening “First and foremost is that easy to find things.” Practise forming complete sentences, checking agreement and articles, and punctuating clauses. Greater control of these patterns would make your argument easier to follow.
