Student answer (Band 5.5)
Clean envirnoment is one of the main factors which is directly linked with people's health and there managment skills that how organized they are. In my opinion it's very crucial to keep your surrounding neat and clean to perfom well and stay focused. I personally prefer my home and work place to be tidy and well maintained, I my self arrange my work desk before leaving to home and even help my family to clean the mess at home for instance arranging the toys, books and cloths.
The encougre my kids to keep there room tidy, and help them to understand the importance of it, that it's easy for them to find the items when they need it and place it back from whrer they took it. Same rule goes for me in office, I place things arranged for example pen, pencil and laptop charger, so that i can grab them in no time when needed. One more factor I would like to add is that I am always ready for visitors and guest both in office and at home as I dont have to worry about the my place cleanliness.
I inharited this habit from my father, when ever I visit him in his office it was so clean and arranged that I get impressed. I developed the same habit both at home and in office and try to teach my kids the same. I believe keeping your work place and home clean will ultimately leads to the clean envirnoment which help people to stay healthy and safe.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you consider an orderly home and workplace important, and you address both settings with relevant personal examples, such as arranging your desk and helping your family tidy toys, books and clothes. You also explain practical benefits, including finding items quickly and being ready for visitors. These details make the response relevant and show the task is addressed. To develop the ideas more fully, explain the broader benefits you mention, particularly the link between tidiness, health and safety, rather than simply repeating that a clean environment is beneficial. The example of your father is relevant, but its effect on your own habits could be connected more explicitly to your reasons. This combination of clear coverage and uneven development fits the response’s level.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable progression: it states your opinion, gives examples from home and work, and then explains how you acquired the habit. Paragraphing helps separate these stages, and phrases such as “One more factor” and “for example” signal additions and illustrations. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. “The encougre my kids” does not clearly connect to the previous point, and “Same rule goes for me in office” would benefit from a more explicit transition. The final paragraph repeats the idea of keeping places clean rather than drawing the reasons together. Use clearer reference and vary transitions so the reader can follow how each example supports your central opinion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate your main ideas, including “tidy,” “organized,” “work desk,” “visitors,” and “clean environment.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling problems are noticeable, sometimes making the reader pause. Examples include “clean envirnoment,” “there managment skills,” “arrange things arranged,” and “I inharited this habit.” Some expressions are also imprecise, such as “place it back from where they took it.” Aim for accurate, natural combinations and check spelling carefully; a wider set of terms such as “clutter-free,” “well-organised,” and “maintain order” would help express your points more precisely without relying repeatedly on “clean” and “tidy.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including explanations with “so that” and examples introduced by “for instance.” The main message is generally understandable, but control is uneven: some sentences contain several grammatical problems, and the range of structures remains limited. For example, “I my self arrange my work desk before leaving to home” has problems with pronoun form and the construction after “leaving”; “I developed the same habit … and try to teach” shifts verb tense; and “keeping your work place and home clean will ultimately leads” has faulty subject–verb agreement. Review sentence boundaries and verb forms, and practise building complex sentences accurately. More consistent control would make your examples easier to read.
