Dear Mr. Shah,

I recently have seen an advertisement in magazine for child care, which I want to do in my own stability an I really like to do this job because I love to care about child because in my past I was doing same as hospital and nursery care centre.

In my point of view I suitable for this job because I have completed job at hospital since 3 years. I have experienced to handle neonates and toddler. And I have graduated in pediatrician course.

When I came Australia that time I was not doing job at hospital but I employed at Mr. Robot's home to care for her baby boy, who is 1 year old boy. I was working there for 5 months but somehow, they need to changed country and I resigned that job.

I am looking forward to your positive reply.

yours sincerely,

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

You have addressed all three bullet points required by the prompt: explaining your motivation, detailing your suitability, and mentioning your free time. However, the third bullet point regarding how you would spend your free time in Australia is entirely missing from your response. This is a significant omission that prevents the letter from being fully developed. While you provide relevant information about your childcare experience, the lack of response to the final instruction means the task is only partially addressed. To improve, ensure you read the prompt carefully and check off each requirement before finishing your draft.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. However, the progression of ideas is somewhat disjointed. You use basic transitions, but the connection between sentences is often mechanical. For instance, the jump from your childcare experience to your time in Australia is abrupt. The use of cohesive devices is limited, and some referencing is unclear, such as the pronoun usage in the third paragraph. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition') to create a smoother flow between your ideas.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the basic requirements of the task, but it is quite repetitive and lacks precision. You rely on simple phrases like 'doing same' and 'completed job'. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'in my own stability' and 'graduated in pediatrician course', which sound unnatural. To improve, try to use more specific professional terminology related to childcare and avoid repeating the same verbs. Expanding your range of vocabulary will help you express your qualifications and intentions more clearly and professionally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

Your writing contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the reader's understanding. There are issues with verb tenses ('I recently have seen', 'I was doing same'), article usage ('in magazine'), and sentence structure. Many of your sentences are simple, and attempts at more complex structures often contain errors, such as 'When I came Australia that time I was not doing job'. You need to focus on basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of prepositions. Proofreading for these common errors will significantly improve the clarity of your writing.
