I think i will be the be the suitable person for this job as i have a hand on experience of one year of home taker where there was a family of four people and i did everything from clean up to making dinner for them, taking care of their three years old girl. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

You have addressed all three bullet points in the prompt: explaining your motivation, detailing your suitability, and describing your free-time plans. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although the opening salutation 'Dear Sir' is slightly inconsistent with the prompt's instruction to begin with 'Dear Sir or Madam'. The ideas are relevant, but the development is somewhat basic. For example, your explanation of why you are suitable could be more detailed to better persuade the parents. To improve, ensure you fully expand on your experiences and how they specifically relate to the needs of a six-year-old child.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter follows a logical structure, with each paragraph addressing a specific requirement of the task. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and limited. You rely heavily on simple connectors like 'also' and 'well'. The transition between ideas could be smoother; for instance, the jump from your experience to your free-time interests feels abrupt. Paragraphing is present, but the sentences within the paragraphs could be better linked to improve the flow of your argument. Using a wider variety of linking words would help elevate your score in this criterion.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. You use some repetitive phrasing, such as 'family of four' and 'new places'. There are also some awkward collocations, such as 'hand on experience of one year of home taker' and 'seeing add'. These errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, but they do indicate a limited control over more sophisticated or idiomatic language. To improve, focus on learning specific collocations related to childcare and professional experience.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Issues include incorrect article usage ('in Australian Magazine'), subject-verb agreement ('i have done my PSW and live in my family'), and punctuation errors (missing commas and incorrect capitalization of 'i'). While these errors rarely impede communication, they are frequent enough to affect the overall fluency of your writing. To reach a higher band, focus on proofreading for basic errors like capitalization and subject-verb agreement, and try to incorporate more varied sentence structures with greater accuracy.
