You have seen an advertisement in an Australian magazine for someone to live with a family for six months and look after their six-year-old child.

Write a letter to the parents. In your letter

• explain why you would like the job
• give details of why you would be a suitable person to employ
• say how you would spend your free time while you are in Australia

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing this letter regarding, the advertisement that you made magazine about the caretaker for a six-year-old child, as well as you are also looking for a tenant.

Actually, recently I completed my diploma in the field of caregiving. Now, in Australia, I want to enroll myself for Post graduate diploma in Child care Assistant. Thus, during my studies, I will get a job opportunity at your place.

As you are looking for an assistant for your child, I believe that I will be a good fit for it. As, I already have experience in family day care, so I believe that I can perform well.

During my spare time in Australia, I would like to spend it with your child. Moreover, as I already have experience, I will guide your child step by step through cognitive activities and other activities so he or she can do well in upcoming years.
