Dear Sir or Madam,
I have seen the advertisement in the australian magazine to look after the six-year-old child.I would be perfect person to look after your child.
I am intrested in this job because I love to play with children. When I was at my backhome I took care of my niece and I have very strong bonding with her. Now I am missing her badly. Therefore, I will take care of your child by providing a comfortable and safe environment.
I would be suitable person as the employee as I have experience of how to handle a child camly in every situation and I knoe which things make the child happy when they get angry.
I would spend free time by reading books and exploring the places nearby. As I am extrovert person I make the friends easily. And even I can help in managing the home fwhen every one is busy. As I know everyone has hectic schedule and I will assist you in doing the household chores.
I will wait for the follow up.
Yours faithfully,

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three points: you explain your interest in caring for children, give relevant experience with your niece, and describe reading, exploring, and socialising in your free time. The reference to providing a safe environment also supports your suitability. However, some points are less fully developed: you could give a specific example of how you handled a child’s needs, and explain more clearly how your free-time plans fit around your childcare duties. The offer to help with household chores is relevant but could be linked more directly to the family’s expectations. The letter’s purpose is clear, though a more specific closing request for an interview or further discussion would make it more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a clear overall arrangement, with separate paragraphs for your motivation, suitability, and free-time plans. This makes the main information easy to locate. Some connections between ideas are less smooth or mechanical, however. For example, “Therefore” links missing your niece to caring for the child, but the relationship could be explained more explicitly. The sequence “And even I can help” also feels abrupt after your plans to make friends. Punctuation spacing, such as “child.I” and “badly. Therefore,” interrupts the flow. Use linking phrases selectively and make sure each paragraph develops one main purpose; a more natural transition could connect your personal plans to your willingness to support the household.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including relevant terms such as “comfortable and safe environment,” “exploring,” and “household chores.” There are also attempts at more specific language, such as describing yourself as “extrovert.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, including “intrested,” “backhome,” “camly,” and “knowe,” and some phrases are not natural in this context, such as “strong bonding” and “handle a child.” These choices sometimes make the reader pause, although your meaning is generally recoverable. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common collocations for childcare and employment, such as “care for a child” and “experience looking after children.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple sentences and some longer structures, including “When I was at my backhome I took care of my niece” and “As I know everyone has hectic schedule and I will assist you…”. The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors occur. Articles are missing in phrases such as “I would be perfect person” and “I am extrovert person”; the sentence beginning “As I know” is also awkwardly constructed, and “when every one is busy” needs clearer sentence structure. Punctuation spacing after full stops is inconsistent. To improve, practise accurate article use and revise longer sentences so that each clause has a clear grammatical connection, while retaining your attempts at varied sentence forms.
