Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You attempt to address all three bullet points: you say you want the job, give reasons for employing you, and mention spending time with the family in Australia. However, the reasons are limited and sometimes unclear. For example, “I need to money treatment my health” and “It is sutaib for me because i need money” do not explain your childcare suitability or experience. The free-time point is also only briefly covered, without saying what activities you would pursue. The letter’s purpose is recognisable, but it does not give the parents enough relevant information to make a decision. Develop each point with clear, specific details, such as childcare experience, personal qualities, and planned activities.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate paragraphs for your reasons, suitability, and free time, which gives it some basic organisation. However, the ideas within paragraphs are difficult to follow, and the overall progression is weak. For instance, the opening moves from taking responsibility to “child garden trees,” while the next paragraph shifts between needing money, health treatment, having no job, and gaining international experience without clear links. Connect related ideas in a logical order and use simple transitions accurately. A clearer structure would be: introduce your application, explain your motivation, describe your childcare qualities and experience, then outline your free-time plans and close politely. Clear references to the child and parents would also help readers follow your meaning.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a small set of relevant words, including “advertisement,” “responsibility,” “international experience,” and “free time,” so the topic is generally identifiable. However, vocabulary is basic and repetitive, and several inaccurate word choices or forms make your meaning hard to understand. Phrases such as “sixs years old,” “child garden trees,” “my poor condition feels me nervous,” and “higher me to protect your family” are not natural or clear in this context. Aim for precise childcare and application vocabulary, such as “six-year-old child,” “look after,” “reliable,” and “gain experience.” Check spelling and word forms carefully, and choose phrases that express one clear idea rather than translating directly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Most sentences rely on simple structures, and there are frequent errors in verb forms, sentence construction, agreement, and punctuation that sometimes distort the message. Examples include “i will helps,” “i take full responsibility your family,” “I would like to this job,” and “i hope you are understand.” Several ideas are joined without clear grammatical boundaries, as in “I work to do in city visit to abroad and gain some international experience.” Capitalisation and sentence punctuation are also inconsistent. Practise accurate basic patterns first—for example, “I would like to apply for this job because…” and “I have experience looking after children”—then add longer sentences using clear conjunctions. This will make your reasons and qualifications easier to understand.
