Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the three requested points: you explain your interest in caring for a child, mention previous childcare experience and personal qualities, and describe cultural activities and English study in your free time. However, some ideas are limited or unclear. For example, “I am also take one year baby during last year like a mom” suggests experience but does not clearly explain what care you provided or for how long. Your reasons for wanting this particular six-month role could also be more specific. The letter is generally relevant, but the parents would benefit from clearer, fuller details about your childcare experience and how it makes you suitable.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a generally coherent arrangement: you introduce your purpose, discuss your interest and suitability, then describe your free-time plans before closing. Paragraphing helps distinguish these points. Some links between ideas are less clear, however. The sentence beginning “Which is really beneficial for my futher studies” is separated from the idea it refers to, making the connection awkward, and “also” is used to join qualities without a clear sentence structure. The progression would be smoother if each paragraph focused on one task point and related ideas were connected within complete sentences. The closing is recognisable, though a more conventional sign-off would make the letter feel more complete.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “communication skills,” “art galleries,” “museums,” and “Australian culture,” which helps convey your plans. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. For example, “baby taker” is not a natural term for this role, and “spend quality of time” and “high level of patient” are not idiomatic expressions. There are also spelling errors such as “lersiure,” “resent,” and “futher.” Aim to learn common phrases for childcare and describe your experience with precise, natural wording; careful proofreading will also improve clarity.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You communicate through a mixture of short statements and some attempts to connect ideas, but the range of sentence structures is limited and errors occur frequently. Examples include “I am also take one year baby,” where the verb form is incorrect, and “If you are hire me,” which needs a different verb construction. Missing subjects and articles also appear in “I think am very able person,” while “Which is really beneficial…” is an incomplete sentence. These errors can make parts of the letter difficult to follow. Practise accurate present and past verb forms, complete sentence construction, and articles, then check each sentence for a clear subject and verb.
