Student answer (Band 5.5)
In these recent decades, the online shopping drastically is improving and it's negatively affect and will close all shops in towns and cities. I would be disagree this statement and i will explain in next paragraph.
Firstly, i would like to express my thoughts about online shopping. In recently, specially in young adults are very keen to do online purchase due to very convenience, time saving and realistic. Despite of this pros, there are negative effects like expensive and some products are not exactly mentioned in the app. In this case the customers are very disappointing and money wasting.
Further more, despite online buying things are famous in the worldwide , some people still do shopping physically and it enhance to buy quality products, long lasting and well looking. As example, in big shopping males are available every products, including clothes, kitchen items and groceries. It makes people to go out and do shopping with all necessary things will be fulfill.
I would believe that the online shopping are very continence, but also drawback are still there. Due to trending of online, i wouldn't say all shop will close in town and cities. But also so many people still purchase things by attending physically. Its depends on the peoples preference and what they need to buy.
In conclusion, even though online shopping are very famous in some people, but also some people are going to purchase things by physically. Due to this reason i believe the shops are not close in future. In this both options will be grow day by day .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position against the idea that all shops will close. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention convenience and the desire for physical shopping, the arguments lack depth and specific examples. For instance, mentioning 'big shopping malls' is a good start, but it is not fully explained or linked back to the prompt's core argument about the future of retail. To improve, you should expand on your points with more detailed reasoning or real-world examples to reach a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'In recently' or 'Despite of this pros'. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the logical flow within paragraphs is hindered by repetitive phrasing. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'nevertheless') more naturally and ensure that each sentence logically follows the previous one.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally limited and repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'good', 'bad', and 'things', and there are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'do online purchase' instead of 'make online purchases' and 'well looking' instead of 'attractive'. Some phrases are awkward, such as 'money wasting' and 'trending of online'. To reach a higher band, you need to use a broader range of vocabulary, including less common items, and focus on correct collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the essay, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('online shopping are', 'shops are not close'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple or contain errors that occasionally impede clarity, such as 'In these recent decades, the online shopping drastically is improving'. While you attempt some complex structures, they are often inaccurate. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of tenses before moving on to more complex grammatical forms.
