Student answer (Band 5.0)
Yes I agree with this.
Because in this age the world is growing too fast. The life is like race in which everyone want to get at forst place. Everyone is struggling to meet the needs of the world.
And in this race no one have enough time
for them self. so how can they go to the market to buy the things for which they are longing. So the people prefer to see the things on mobile phone and also buy from there. And I think this is a good choice also a time saving . But at the same time it also cost more then to going to the market and buy the things. And there is also a risk of fraud in online shopping so mostly people avoid online shopping.
Because sometime we see a different things on internet and when they vome to our home so they are quite different from as they shown therefore the people who are more concious about the quaity of the things they prefer to go to the market and buy the things physically. The great ratio of people are diverted toward the online shopping but not the whole world. The online shopping has reduced the use of shops and markets But there are still many people who do their shopping physically. That's the reason that the shops will never close at all. Their is also one more thing that the online shopkeepers buy things from yhese shops and then sell them online . According to me the shops may be closed at all or might be this will not happen .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a relevant response and eventually state a clear view: “the shops will never close at all.” You also recognise both the convenience of online shopping and reasons people still visit physical stores, such as concerns about product quality and fraud. However, the position is not consistent: the opening says “Yes I agree,” while the conclusion suggests shops will not close, and the final sentence returns to uncertainty. The reasons are also mostly asserted rather than explained with specific examples or fuller support. For instance, explain how customers’ need to inspect products or receive advice keeps certain shops in business. Make your agreement or disagreement consistent from the introduction through the conclusion, then develop two or three reasons in more detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response contains a recognisable sequence: it introduces the pressure of modern life, discusses online shopping, and then gives reasons physical shops may remain. Basic linking expressions such as “at the same time,” “therefore,” and “That's the reason” help show some relationships between ideas. However, the progression is difficult to follow because the response is presented as one long paragraph, several points are joined together without clear boundaries, and the argument shifts between agreeing that shops will close and saying they will not. Repeated openings with “Because” and “And” also make the connections feel mechanical. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons, and conclusion, and use clear references and transitions to show how each point supports your central view.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough everyday vocabulary to communicate the main topic, including “online shopping,” “risk of fraud,” “quality,” and “physically.” There are also attempts to express broader ideas, such as describing life as a “race.” However, the range is limited and several phrases are repetitive or imprecise, including repeated use of “things,” “people,” and “shops.” Some word choices and collocations make the meaning less natural, as in “meet the needs of the world” and “the great ratio of people are diverted.” Spelling errors such as “forst,” “vome,” “conscious,” and “quaity” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise vocabulary for shopping and consumer behaviour, and check spelling and common word combinations when editing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both short statements and longer sentences with reasons, for example, “Because in this age the world is growing too fast” and the sentence beginning “Because sometime we see a different things on internet.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but the range of sentence structures remains limited, and complex attempts are often faulty. Errors in agreement and verb forms occur in “everyone want,” “no one have,” and “the online shopkeepers buy,” while sentence boundaries and punctuation are frequently unclear. There are also problems with articles and plurals, as in “a different things.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles, and punctuation. For example: “Everyone wants to save time, so many people choose to shop online.”
