Student answer (Band 5.5)
Lately the online shopping percentage increased alot people might think that one day all the stores could close for good.
i disagree with that 100% there's no chance that the shops would shut down for good any soon.
me and a lot of people love to go to shops and self shopping look for the items we buying choosing the quality and not just ordering something online and hoping weren't getting scammed, also you don't have to buy something and wait for days or even hours for it you just go to the store and go back home without thinking about it, if the quality is low you are gonna wait for a refund or to change the item, especially for women i don't see them giving up shopping.
even if the online shopping growth became more bigger we still need for small things that doesn't requires to wait for. costumers also could save lots of money if not ordering everything online the fees are also becoming unreasonable lately.
I once ordered a football jersey online the stores had 4 stars but the jersey i received was totally fake the quality was bad even the service was slow i waited one week for nothing and after i returned it they took over a month to give me back my money, imagine if all shops closed and you have to buy a car online? I'm not trusting online shops that much, food too and even sensitive objects like fridge and Television, phones.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the start: you disagree that online shopping will cause all physical shops to close. You support this with relevant reasons, including the ability to inspect products, avoid delivery delays and fees, and your experience with a counterfeit football jersey. These examples address the question directly. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained: for instance, the claim that “especially for women” people will not give up shopping is broad and unsupported, and the examples of cars, food, and appliances are introduced without explaining why buying them online is problematic. Develop fewer reasons in more depth and qualify generalisations to make the argument more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an identifiable progression from your disagreement, to reasons for keeping shops, and then to a personal example. The jersey story gives the final section a concrete focus. However, the ideas are crowded into long blocks, with no clear paragraph breaks to distinguish the main reasons from the example. Several points are joined by “and” or commas, so relationships between them are not always clear; the sentence beginning “me and a lot of people love to go to shops” contains several separate arguments in one run. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons, and example, and add linking phrases that show contrast or consequence rather than relying on repeated “also” and “even if.”
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate your main ideas, including “quality,” “refund,” “fees,” “fake,” and “service.” The personal example also makes the meaning of “scammed” and “counterfeit” concerns understandable. However, the range is limited and several informal or inaccurate expressions reduce precision, such as “self shopping,” “stores had 4 stars,” and “more bigger.” Some words are repeated, particularly “online,” “shops,” and “buy,” while “costumers” is a spelling error that may confuse readers. Aim for more precise collocations and a consistently formal tone, for example, “in-store shopping,” “customer reviews,” and “delivery charges.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and examples, so the response shows some variety. However, many sentences are joined without appropriate punctuation, and errors in sentence structure and agreement sometimes make the reader work to follow the meaning. For example, “Lately the online shopping percentage increased alot people might think” needs a clearer clause boundary and a suitable tense; “things that doesn't requires” has agreement and verb-form problems; and “after i returned it they took over a month” needs punctuation and clearer clause structure. Capitalisation is also inconsistent, as in “i.” Practise accurate complex sentences, checking subject–verb agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries.
