IELTS Writing Task 1 question

You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect.

Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter

• correct the information in the article
• explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
• suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to you beacause you have published a magazine which include information about my town. firstly, I want to inform you that you have mentioned incorret information about my town. Its unethical to publish such incorrect information that leads to misconception in other's mind.

If you want to describe my town you should have enough information about it. without knowing false/incorrect information lead to misconception. If someone want to visit but according to your magazine mind could be destructed

I suggest you that if you have not enough knowledge about anything don't publish because not anyone visit to confirm about town. Someone just have believe on reading as well. No one could justify it.

Please make the correction and don't lead this type of error in future.
