You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect.

Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter

• correct the information in the article
• explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
• suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to you concerning about some wrong information about my hometown which I recently read in an article published in your magazine.

Your renowned international travel magazine’s ‘The WORLD FLIES’ recently published version is one of the best magazine I ever read. Although, I found that while describing the most delicious food items of some towns , you also mentioned my hometown as well. I want to highlight that the history of my town ‘Yamunanagar’ you mentioned was slightly incorrect.

I would really appreciate if you have a look at the history of this town and modify your mistake. As , most of the people including youngsters follow your magazine to a great extent which will provide them false narrative about our town. So, I request you to rectify it in your updated version.

I am looking forward to have a look at your next version of magazine.
