You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect.

Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter

• correct the information in the article
• explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
• suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in regards to the article I have read from your travel magazine. It was about the town I live. I am very greatful that you wrote about my town's history, however the information on the old castle was not accurate.

First of all, you have mentioned in the article that the old castle in our town is 100 years old, however that castle is 965 years old. In addition to that, you mentioned that the castle made from the concreate material, however it is made of white stones which is very expensive and high quality material. It is very important that when you provide the information on history, It should be accurate otherwise it will create a misinfromation amongs people. As you know that history plays significant role in people's life as it describes our old cultures and tradition and the life of our ancient people lived. Therefore, it is neccessary to provide the correct information to the people.

Moreover, your magazine is very popular and it is also famous on international level. When you write about any place, people are eagarly waiting to visit that particular place in person. Therefore, I would like to suggest you that you write another article on our town's castle and provide accurate information this time so it's not give any false information to the visitors and to the readers.
