You have just read an article in an international travel magazine which contained some information about your town that is incorrect.

Write a letter to the editor of the magazine. In your letter

• correct the information in the article
• explain why it is important for the magazine to give correct information
• suggest what the magazine should do about this situation

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my disappointment on the misleading information about my town in your recent published travel magazine.

I live in Surrey(Canada) since my childhood. It is such a beautiful city and i really appreciate your kind words to praise my city in your magazine. But, the false information about "The White rock pier" which is a popular tourist attraction needs to be corrected. It is mentioned in the magazine that it only got popular by its beautiful beach. In reality, if a person walk about 500 meter on the left of the beach. They would found a massive white colored rock by the edge of the beach and where the place got its original name. It is utmost improtant to correct the information. As there are thousands of visitors who particularly come to see the place. So, right adressing is needed to maintain the interest for the place for its visitors and which will not hurt the feelings of the residents as well.

I request you to correct the information by uploading any video on social platforms so the viewers can see it and the magazines which yet need to be printed you should do editing and make sure to print the right information.

A positive and prompt action is being anticipated.
