Another significant thing which i want to correct that Muffin sweet is most preferable sweet dish in my city rather then Data sweets.
Furthermore, it is important to correct this because greater number of proportion have prefer to trust on your reliable information in your novels. And plenty of students usually read your published articles for their competition exams preparations. Thus, I do not want they mistrust your published content in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you correct the claim about traditional buildings by naming Noor Mehal and Gulzar Palace, identify Muffin as the preferred sweet, explain that readers rely on the magazine and students use it for exam preparation, and recommend a corrected article and an apology. The purpose and tone are clear. Some points, however, are less fully developed: the correction about the sweet is brief, and the importance of accuracy could be explained more specifically in relation to travellers planning visits. The suggestion to publish a new article is relevant, but you could make the remedy more precise by asking the editor to verify local facts before publication. This covers the task well, with some scope to extend and clarify the supporting ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening explains your purpose, the next paragraphs correct the information and explain why accuracy matters, and the final section makes a request. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these stages, and linking expressions such as “Firstly,” “Furthermore,” and “In addition to this” signal the progression. Some connections are less smooth or precise, however. “Another significant thing” does not clearly link the second correction to the first, while “Thus” introduces a consequence that is not fully explained. The repeated use of formal transitions can also feel mechanical. Use more direct links between each claim and its consequence, and ensure pronouns such as “they” have an unmistakable reference. The organisation is coherent, though cohesion is not consistently natural.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the purpose, including “traditional buildings,” “reliable information,” “unintentional mistake,” and “apology,” and the reader can understand the main corrections. There is also an attempt to use more formal language appropriate for a letter to an editor. However, several word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “false data” for information about the town, “greater number of proportion,” “preferable sweet dish,” and “gain write a new article.” “Novels” is also not the right term for magazine articles. These choices sometimes make the meaning less clear and limit the precision of the letter. Build a bank of natural collocations for reporting errors and making requests, and check that each word fits its context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause in “because in my area there are several palaces” and a longer explanation beginning “Thus.” The letter’s meaning is generally recoverable, and the paragraph structure gives you opportunities to express a range of ideas. Some grammatical errors remain, particularly with articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction. For example, “in you international travel magazine” needs a possessive form, and “there is no traditional buildings” has a mismatch between the verb and plural noun. The sentence beginning “Another significant thing which i want to correct” is also incomplete or awkwardly joined to the following clause. Review sentence boundaries and subject–verb agreement, and proofread capitalisation and punctuation. More accurate control of these patterns would make your complex ideas easier to follow.
