Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three requested points: you identify the disputed claim about the Temple of Ayodhya, explain that inaccurate reporting could mislead readers and misrepresent devotees’ contribution, and propose corrections through an announcement, emails, refunds, and removing copies. These are relevant, practical ideas. However, the correction is not fully clear: “It has been rebuild Upon donation by goverment although It was collected through Devotees” leaves the exact facts and the contrast between government and devotees difficult to follow. The importance of accuracy is also partly speculative, particularly the claim about taxation. State the correct information precisely and explain more directly how readers and the town could be affected. The letter’s purpose and tone are clear overall, though some points need fuller development.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a recognisable progression: you introduce the complaint, give context, explain why accuracy matters, suggest remedies, and close with a request for action. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “Firstly,” and “Last but not least” make the sequence easy to follow. This gives the response a coherent overall arrangement. Some connections are less clear or mechanical, however. For example, “If you would like to correct this information” does not lead smoothly into the list of actions, and “these copy” makes the reference to the magazine copies unclear. Use more natural transitions and make pronouns and references explicit; this would make the progression feel more consistently controlled rather than relying on a list of sequencing words.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt vocabulary suited to a formal complaint, including “formally express,” “crucial,” “impose taxation rules,” and “resolve.” This shows some range beyond basic wording. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable and sometimes make the message harder to understand: “opnion,” “depict,” “missguide,” “dissappointed,” and “glorey” appear in key sentences. Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “the glorey and fame goes to goverment” and “these copy terminate.” Choose more precise, conventional expressions—for example, say that the article “misrepresents” who funded the temple and that the magazine should “withdraw” or “correct” the copies. Careful proofreading of spelling and collocation would make your meaning more reliable.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and attempts at longer structures, including “because of it…” and the conditional opening “If you would like to correct this information.” The main message can generally be followed, but some sentence structures and verb forms are inaccurate. For instance, “the false information has been depict on the article” needs a correctly formed passive construction, while “It has been rebuild” uses the wrong participle. In “Firstly, Informed all the readers,” the imperative form is not correctly formed, and “these copy terminate” lacks a clear grammatical structure. Articles, capitalization, and punctuation are also inconsistent. Practise accurate passive forms and complete sentences, then proofread each sentence for subject–verb agreement and verb form while retaining your attempts at complex ideas.
