You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to appreciate your culinary art course that I have completed recently. And I am giving you a positive feedback on this course.

I truly enjoyed a lot during period of course , including your strategies, your way to present delicious plate, practical and theory knowledge etc.

These are the things I really enjoyed. Additionally I spent lot of time in kitchen and make variety of dishes that I actually learn in your classes. More than 100 dishes, I am able to make.

I have some positive suggestions to apply some more cusine including Mexican, Chinese which are highly popular in recent times. Individuals have deep passion to learn kind of dishes. Secondly, you should start weekends classes both online and offline which help those who are really facinating by such a classes but lack of time, they are not able to involve.

I hope you may consider upon my feedback and I am here to contribute my support as possible. I am waiting for your response.
