You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to give my valuable feedback on the cookery course that I had taken last week.

Cooking is an essential skill in todays world. As I am travelling to Canada so I wanted to learn cooking before I depart shortly. This class was so fun and interesting as I did for a week but have learnt a lot of things. The way sir taught us how to cook and bake day to day items along with an exquisite personal practice session was extremely superb. I have tried making a few recipes since then like the dal palak, paneer tikka, aloo kulcha and the mung sabji. Though, I was not able to make it great but still everyone appreciated who tasted it.

I am fond of south Indian cuisine and I would like to request you to have a short course on it. I strongly feel it would be a valuable addition to your curriculum.

Thanking you again for your guidance. Let me know if you would start this course in the future.
