You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to share my feedback in cookery school's course.

I was a student in your morning batch. I recently done my course and I got to learn about different types of cuisines, dishes, desserts and many more from this school, which is really helpful for me. I enjoyed a lot while i was in the school as the teacher taught us by showing different cooking videos and live practical, which helped us to improve our confidence in cooking.

Since I done my course, i started cooking everything at my home by own. The first day, i cooked pasta for my whole family, in the same way the teacher taught us in the school, which everyone loved it and appreciate me. They all felt proud on me to choose your school for learning cooking.

I want to suggest you that you should also include some south-indian dishes in your cookery course as many people these days love to eat south - indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Sambhar, which overall will be good and helpful for your students who wants to learn it.
