You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning! I hope you are doing well. I am writing in response to the feedback which you have asked for. Firstly, the overall experience of the cookery course was the wonderful, which I really enjoyed at the fullest. I would like to definitely highlight the thing which I enjoyed the most, it was the practical classes at the laboratory. Which have given the hands on experience in cooking with the enormous knowledge of each ingredient.

Secondly, I was the beginner when I joined the classes. However, now I am feeling that I have become very proficient in cooking. Because, I am able to make a several international cuisines from all over the world.

Lastly, I would like to suggest the another course which you could introduce in upcoming semester. It would be the great idea if you could hire somebody who can teach some healthy diet tips and options. Because nowadays people are more fascinated to learn something healthy and tasty.
