You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to provide my feedback on the cookery course that I have completed recently. I enjoyed and learned many skills, such as various techniques, skills, and art to present a dish in different forms. This experience gave me a chance to make myself be creative.

Since I have finished the cookery course, I have tried to cook some Italian and Mexican dishes because my family likes these foods. Also, after this short course, I am trying to cook basic meals very frequently, as I believe that it will improve my judgmental skills by practicing.

I would like to suggest a culinary arts course that I would like to start after my school because it will help me to learn about kitchen safety, knife skills, and even basic hands-on training in cooking.

I hope you will like my feedback and suggestion for the next course that I can start after my schooling.
