You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to giver my feedback about the cookery course completed from your institution. While doing this course, I enjoyed a lot with other students and teachers. I never forgot such movement which I spent in this course. Mostly, I enjoy Mr. Sub hash lectures who teach us baking, while giving us lectures they always crack some jokes. So no one feel bored in their class.

Moreover, I learn new things from this course such as baking cookies , croissant, different types of cakes and bagels. This subject, I learn how to make pizza and other items related to the Italian country. I also learn about the ingredients and their measurements how much quantity i need about each product.

On the end, my overall experience was good, but i do not like the one thing about the class environment. the furniture of my class was not good it gives us a lot of problems and the ventilation system should be improved. One more thing, I want to say that you should bring new cookery course related to french in which we learn all coffess. I hope, you like my feedback.
