You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

I hope you are doing well. I'm writing this letter to express how worthy the cooking course has been to me. My social media channel is going viral with the recipes I'm making that I have mastered at the school.

I'm thankful to the instructors for their professional teaching skills. This made easy to gasp the required steps for meal-preparation. I'm surprised how easy it is to measure the ingredients. I have memorized the timing for cooking.

On my boyfriend's birthday, I made him the Asian dish, and it was mouthwatering. Everyone at the party enjoyed my new dish and was seeking for my recipe. It was so fun to be a chef of the party.

I would like to join in the new baking course starting from august 5th. It would be great if you let me know the process for that and what essentials I need. I'm excited to learn new and try new!
