You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this to you, to provide my comment about the recent cookery course that I learned at your school. It was amazing time over there, and the memories are irreplaceable.

Initially, I was sacred taking this programme because I didn't knew more about cooking. But I wanted to learn so that I can help my mom, and even I cook for myself when I am alone. But I had a lot of fun over there, while learning about cooking. The teacher were so helpful and calm, even I made a lot of mistake during the start but they always helped me. Also I came across many international cuisines and dishes that I never knew before. It was a fantastic time during this course.

After completing my course, I am cooking at least once a day, and eventually cooking is becoming my hobby. I am trying new recipes every weekend, and during busy schedule I make the dishes that I was taught in the school.

It was a wonderful experiences to have such a skillful cookery course at your school. But I would like to suggest a small idea that think will add more value to your School. You can add a Halal specific cookery course that will attract more muslim students.
