You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I appericate for reaching me out to get my personal feedback on course which I have completed recently from your school.

I was enrolled in "How to make Indian dishes". On my learning days I have enjoyed many things. To begin with all teachers are so kind and giving respect to all age people. During the lecture time I noticed that teachers coming earlier then us and staying back to solve our confusion, if we have any. Although on initial days I was blank, I know how I can cook Indian dishes. Since I start my classes I start to prepare dishes for my family and realtivies and what admire me is, they are enjoying my dishes.

I would like to say that you can add some south Indian dishes in your teaching courses. Specially the famous foods of South India such as Dosha , Idli. Which will also encourange south Indian family to join your classes.
