You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide my feedback regarding the short cookery course I have recently done at your cookery school.

I was really overwhelmed after completing my course. The instructor was so kind-hearted and fond of welcoming nature. The knowledge they hold related to the recipes was beyond my thinking. Everyone was sociable to each other. I truly enjoyed the cooking process and their teachings.

Since I have completed my course, every evening its my duty to prepare the dishes. All of my family members love my skills so much. Even on special occasions like birthday party everyone pushes me to make a delicious dish for all of them.

I wanted to suggest that you must include "Butter Chicken" recipe as well. Though I have learned a lot of dishes at your institute but I am eager to learn that dish as well. It is my family's favorite dish to eat. So that's why I want you to include that particular recipe too.
