You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my satisfactory feeling about the cooking course i did last year from your college. Since then my cooking skills have improved significantly and i am really close to making a career as a professional cook.

The course was real fun and enjoyable. Firstly, the course syllabus was well designed to keep students engaged throughout the year. college used to take students to reputated hotels for practical, making student perform their skills real conditions. Apart from that, institute also organized some inter college 'Khaana bnao' cooking competition, which were not only about cooking, but also giving students a chance to interact with different minds from various organizations.

Since i passed out of college, i have taken part in a few government organized cooking competitions and have won some of them. Moreover, I am also working a a part time cook in Silsila hotel, Chandigarh, generating some income to support my own expenses.

I would also like recommend the college to add a bakery course in the curicullam and offer that to previous cooking students on some discounts.
