You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regard to share my experience I had with your cookery school last month. I recently learned how to cook various Indian dishes from what I was taught in-class. The most amazing part for this course was the initiative taken by students to learn new items daily and games played with the entire batch so that learning could be more easier and fun to grasp. Furthermore, most interesting part was we did not have to carry any grocery items or equipment, as everything was included in the package.

Additionally, I would like to share my experience after this course too. I had taken many wedding catering orders and small house party orders over the past one month to polish my skills and become a perfectionist over time.

Moreover, I would also be delighted in joining a Mexican cookery course if you ever plan to introduce it. Lately, I have observed a high demand for people learning Mexican cuisine I believe you should plan on introducing similar course.
