You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am wiritng this letter to express my gratitude towards the cookery classes which I completed recently. My batch started on 2nd April and lasts for 4 weeks.

Firstly the timetable mentioning the details about the dishes was well presented which helps to give the brief idea daily regarding what we are going to learn. Moreover, the trainer was amazing. AI videos spefically designed to show the process of making different food items particularly in funny way grabs everyone attention and helps to make us enjoyed every minute. Thus, this helps me to remeber it easily and practise daily. I particularly enjoyed the South-Indian cuisine sessions which allows me to make my favourite dosa daily by my own.

Altough eveything was perfect and well structure but I feel, the duration for each session must be extended by one hour which help us to practise our dishes in front of trainer. That's the only feedback I think can make a lot of differnce.
