Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to provide a feedback on the cookery course offered in your school.

There are several things that made the course memorable for me, such as, duration of the course and flexibility of the timing. The course was for 3 months, which provided a prefect timeline to learn a new cooking style. Moreover, flexible timings gave me an option to either attend morning or evening batch.

This course enriched confidence in me, As a result, I took the responsibility of cooking dinner at my home, giving some leisure time to my mother. Moreover, I also tried cooking different types of foods to impress guests.

Recently, I have noticed a huge shift in people's preference for Italian food items. Consequently, there is an increasing demand for more Italian cafes in the country. So, I suggest you to add Italian cookery course, as it will help you get a large number of admissions in the school.

I am thankful to you for providing me a chance to be a part of the school.
