• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

I am writing to provide my feedback regarding cookery course that I have just finished.

The entire course was well structured and beginner friendly. I was truly delighted with the step by step instructions by the chef and information that I have gained regarding fundamental ingredients. Moreover, I was thrilled by team work of participants.

I have tried verity of recipes after completion of my course. Especially, my Mexican dishes turned out to be one of the favourites of my family. I have also tried to make various salad dressing however, I believe I need little more practice to have balanced flavours.

I would definitely suggest you to start a short term cooking course for children. Many parents in the community will be willing to enrol their children in such fundamental skill enhancing workshops.

I strongly recommend this cookery course to the individuals who want to polish their cooking skills and prepare restaurant style dishes at home.
