You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the "You Can Cook" cookery course I recently completed at your school.I found it was an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Firstly, the course was well designed, and each module was structured according to students' requirements. The expert professors were able to deliver knowledge smoothly and simply. Moreover, they allowed the students to practice each recipe by themselves. I appreciate the positive learning that the course offered and encourage creativity.

Admittedly, after finishing this course, I have started cooking homemade food regularly. Now, my family no more rely on store-bought food. I feel confident when experimenting with new recipes. With these culinary skills, I can use spices, alter ingredients and cook healthy cuisines.

Although this school has taught all the aspects of cooking in a short time period,I would appreciate it if you could introduce another course to teach international dishes such as Asian and Italian. I believe that this would appeal to many existing and former students who want to broaden their culinary expertise.

Thank you for organising such an educational and inspiring course. I am looking forward to enrolling in another course soon.
