You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I want to use this opportunity to appreciate the process of teaching cookery courses at your school. I enjoyed the course and learned an essential skill of life.

During my learning time, I didn't face any challenge regarding the teaching process. The instructions were very specific and clear. I also found it interesting that your school not only focus on theoretical part but emphasize on putting it into practice.

After the completion of course, I tried two cuisines this week which are chicken pasta and butter cookies. My family enjoyed these dishes. It was an overwhelming moment for me.

Although I had wonderful experience at your school, I would like to present some suggestions regarding adding more cookery courses including desserts such as cakes and muffins. This would give opportunities to those who admire to learn baking sweet items. I would like to thank you once again for giving me the chance to acquire such an amazing skill in life.
