IELTS Writing Task 1 question
You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter
- describe what you enjoyed about the course
- say how much cooking you've done since the course
- suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,
My name is Ramanjot Singh, I have completed the cookery course two months ago from your esteemed institute. It has been an honour for me that I received my certification on course completetion.
The most enjoyable part of the course was slicing and dicing the vegetables in different shapes in terms of garnishing the dish. The amount of hardwork and time I used to spend, just to have the perfect look and to take an applause from the chef.
Since the day I have finished my course, I have been cooking everyday after work. I feel great energy when I cook, and by trying different cuisnes it gives me more confidence and joy at the same time.
I would like to suggest, that school should offer another cooking course with new cusine and to invite alumini's to share their stories and how much they are investing time to make there family happy by cooking great food.
