You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide a detailed review for a short cookery course I attended from your cookery school.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for making this course captivating. I really appreciate the way you designed the course, I felt that I have completed this course effortlessly. Specially, beginners like myself, can enjoy the cooking to the fullest.

Upon completion of this short cookery course, I have saved a lot money. To illustrate this, before I was ordering food from out side. However, since I know how to cook by attending this course, I am cooking daily at home which is significantly saving my money. Additionally, my mother being a proud on me, told this to all our neighbors, thus I am getting a lot of calls asking regarding this cooker classes.

Moreover, I would like to show an interest if your school can include cookery classes on Italian food as I love Italian food. Please let me know, in future if you are adding this course to your school. I will be the happiest person to join.
