You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course

• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to provide a feedback about a short cookery courses in your school. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found it both informative and enjoyable.

The thing I enjoyed most is learning how to prepare variety of dishes under the guidance of well experienced chiefs. I really enjoyed the practice sessions. The instructor always demonstrated each technique clearly before allowing us to practice it ourselves. I also enjoyed working with other participants and it enabled us to exchange ideas and learn form each other.

since I completing the course, I cooked regularly at home and I have prepared several of dishes I learned during the class such as pasta, soups and vegetarian recipes. now I feel more confident in the kitchen and I have started experiments with different ingredients and cooking methods.

As for future courses, I would be particularly interested to attend the vegetarian and healthy cooking courses in your school which would be useful to learn how to prepare nutritious meals that are both healthy and flavorful as well as how to learn the use of wide range of plant-based ingredients.
