You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Mr. Rah,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to give feedback about the cookery course which I have done from your school.

So I joined your cooking classes during my summer break because I decided to open a small stall along with my study. And I am glad that I learnt all indian dishes merely in one month. I literally enjoyed while learning. The best thing which I found interesting was to taste the prepared food by us and give genuine review on that. Because it encouraged me to cook with more spirit.

As I spent only 1 month in your cookery school, yet I have done almost all Indian dishes, which are quite common in every restaurant, including Chole bhature, Daal makhni, naan etc.

No doubt, you are already offering all the in-demand dishes especially In India, but I would suggest that you should add to learn Chinese food in your cookery classes. Because this food is also liked by people in these days.

Once again, I really appreciated your way of teaching. I will definitely recommend you.
