You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding my experienced

and the knowledge which I gain in your cookery school. First of all, I enjoyed a lot during my course I learned how to cook western food and so many shakes. The teachers were so nice and helpful they teach me very well and we also did fun activities like, cooking competition. Now I am fully confident and try to cook new dishes for my family. Every day I am prepare dinner for my family and they are like it so much.

I would like to suggest you to start Italian cooking courses in you school. Because I think nowadays many hotel owners are giving preference to Italian dishes also it will give chance to young cookery students to do job in high class Italian restaurants and earn more money .
