You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well! I am writing to express my satisfaction from a course that I recently completed from your esteemed establishment.

I enrolled in this course around three months ago and I took a crash course. I enjoyed it a lot as it gave me a chance to learn new technique that how we can cook different dishes at home independently. In the meanwhile, I learnt about the use of distinctive ingredients and spices, which was extremely valuable for me.

Even though I enrolled in a crash course, I learned 70% of the course in small span of time. I try a lot of dishes on regular basis that polishing my culinary skills and this practice boosts my confidence.

I would like to suggest that school should offer a bakery course to the learners, it would be a good opportunity for those who are interested in bakery.
