Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The letter addresses all three bullet points: describing what was enjoyed, stating how much cooking has been done since, and suggesting a new course. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the description of the course is quite brief, and the suggestion for a new course lacks detail regarding what specifically the 'master in cooking' course would entail. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your experiences and provide more specific details to fully develop your ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The letter is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally inaccurate. For example, the transition 'That i find very intersting' is awkward and does not effectively link to the previous sentence. Additionally, the use of 'Moreover' and 'Furthermore' is a bit repetitive. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring they are used to create a smoother flow between sentences would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'short term cooking course on your Fed cookery school' (should be 'at') and 'make a curies' (should be 'make curries'). Phrases like 'make a food' and 'do not have any idea' are somewhat simplistic. To improve, focus on using more natural collocations and expanding your range of descriptive adjectives and verbs to express your thoughts more precisely.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. Frequent errors include subject-verb agreement ('This course tutor is one of the best teacher'), article usage ('moved to foreign'), and capitalization ('i'). Tense usage is also inconsistent, particularly when describing past experiences versus current habits. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. Focusing on basic grammatical accuracy, such as pluralization and consistent verb tenses, will help improve your score.
