You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in regard to your request to give you feedback concerning the cookery training I participated frow which was held two months ago at your school.

I did enjoy my time spent for the course. One thing I found so fascinating was the teacher way of training. He spent more the time on the practical aspect which enables all of us to acquire the necessary tips needed.

In all honesty, I have been able to cook five different types of food. One is my native food which is Amala and Ewedu. I am so delighted to understand how to prepare my native meals.

I want to make a suggestion to the school to plan to hold another cookery course that would center more on foreign food in order to know how to cook some international food.
