You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course. Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter

• describe what you enjoyed about the course
• say how much cooking you've done since the course
• suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to give feedback on your cookery course which I really enjoyed while learning many things.

Most beneficial thing I found in this course was frying with different methods. I also enjoyed learning skills how to hold knife, Heating in appropriate utensils and much more. I use to be scared while cooking because of heat and smoke but now I know the techniques of balancing heat and temperature because of which i am not scared anymore.

Since the course completed, I am making my meals myself everyday at home. By this way, I am also eating healthy and using my free time in cooking food. I have also tried many new dishes. last night I made a soup from leftover rice which was delicious.

This course is beneficial for people like me who have time but do not know how to cook. I think you should start some other courses with this like teaching young children some basic meals which don not require any heat or stove.
